NEW TO HANDSTANDS? START HERE
A handstand is not something you learn through momentum or talent alone. Start with safe exits, wall alignment, hand control, and basic pushing strength so you always know what to practice next. As your control grows, progress toward handstand push-ups, 90-degree push-ups, and other advanced calisthenics skills.

HANDSTAND & HOME STRENGTH
This is more than four calls. It is one defined coaching cycle combining an individualized program, practice, feedback, and formal review.
Establish your baseline and build your individual program.
Use weekly coaching and video feedback to refine your practice.
Measure progress and define your next priorities.
You’re ready if you can practice briefly at home three or four times per week, use a safe floor and wall, and send short videos.

MEET YOUR COACH
Seiji has practiced calisthenics and handstands for three years and has one year of coaching experience. Drawing on his own handstand, handstand push-up, and 90-degree push-up training—and experience helping friends—he makes what to practice, in what order, and how much easy to understand.

No. Bodies, experience, and practice frequency differ, so a specific result cannot be guaranteed. We focus on measurable progress and learning how to practice effectively.
The four-week package includes up to two submissions per week: one exercise, one set, and no more than 60 seconds each. Use one primary angle unless another is requested. Feedback is normally delivered within one business day.
If you have current significant pain or are receiving treatment, consult a medical professional first. Coaching does not include diagnosis or rehabilitation.
